DESCRIPTION OF THE IMPLEMENTED PROJECT SUPPORTED BY OP-EMPLOYMENT
GOAL: The project’s main goal is to increase the level of knowledge and skills of employees, thereby ensuring alignment between their qualifications and competencies with the demands of their job positions.
Target group: Employees – individuals who are in an employment or similar relationship with the applicant organization, excluding those employed under work performance agreements.
The project includes the following activities:
- General IT
- Soft and managerial skills
- Accounting, economic, and legal courses
- Technical and other specialized education
- Internal lecturing
THIS PROJECT IS CO-FINANCED BY THE EUROPEAN UNION FROM THE EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUND WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE OPERATIONAL PROGRAM EMPLOYMENT UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS.
